One of our clients is looking for the Relationship Manager @ Bangalore

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
2. Propose, design, and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements to ensure we offer the most relevant solutions
4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
5. Troubleshoot and provide support for any technical issues or challenges faced by clients.
6. Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle projects.
7. Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance technical proficiency

 TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, React JS.
2. Strong backend knowledge: Node.js, PHP, with Python and Java being optional but advantageous.
3. Familiarity with AWS services, especially those related to media streaming.
4. Experience with Wowza Streaming Engine and other media streaming applications.
5. Knowledge in using Docker and managing Ubuntu servers.
